Our History
2007 – Drew spotted a gap in the market and launched Qballyhoo
2008 – Jacqui joined the team and we opened our 1st office in the Old Radio Station, Dorchester
2009 – We partnered with Kontrolit to develop a bespoke CMS website platform for SMEs
2010 – We moved to the Yeovil Innovation Centre and developed and partnered with 15 new freelancers
2011 – We started working with Perspicuity on several Microsoft projects and were runners up in the Collaborative Innovation award with Kontrolit for the development of their CMS
2012 – We won the Western Gazette Small business of the year and several of the team were seconded into Perspicuity to work on the Office 365 project
2014 – We were part of the winning team at Perspicuity for the Microsoft SMB sales award and after the contract ended, we moved to new offices in the Yeovil Emporium
2015 – We launched our surface pattern design sub brand – Ballydrew
2016 – Drew decided to close Qballyhoo whilst she took a long-term contract working for NDTi, but she continued to work for some individual clients as a consultant
2018 – Drew helped launch long-term project – First Women – before finally closing the door on all Qballyhoo projects
